For small order, we can ship it in 3 business days after receiving the payment. For mass order, it usually needs 25 days.
What is your warranty policy?
If your aroma diffuser suffers non-human-caused damage within one year, we will provide free sparte parts for replacement.
Can I use my own fragrance oil in your scent diffuser?
Yes, our equipment can use various types of aroma oils, but we still suggest that you order samples for testing at first.
Can you print our logo on the aroma machines?
Yes, but there will be MOQ and it is usually 100 pcs.
Can you customize our own package for the scent systems?
Yes, the MOQ for customized package is 1000 pcs.
What are your payment terms for the fragrance diffusers?
We can accept 50% deposit and for balance before shipment.
